The session focused on raising awareness about mental health challenges, encouraging self-care practices, and addressing the stigma often associated with mental health issues. Participants were introduced to simple coping strategies and encouraged to prioritise their emotional wellbeing.
In June 2025, Tswangi Development Initiative (THDI) hosted a virtual session on Reproductive Health Rights and Access to Healthcare Services for Women and Young Girls. The webinar brought together over 40 participants from underserved communities, creating a safe space to discuss sensitive but critical issues around health and access to care.
